When placing your order from beanbagscomfort.com,  you provide  your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number with billing statement address and expiration date. All information about you and your order is kept totally confidential. We keep your personal information private and secure.

Your order goes through our ENCRYPED website. It is hosted by Yahoo Store!

 

Returns

If the item is defective, or an incorrect item shipped, we will ask the customer to donate the item to a worthy charity & obtain a donation receipt. Please contact us and include your original order number, what product you are returning, and your name. We will give you a return address; returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If the customer wishes to return the product for any reason other than defect, customer will need to sip the product back prepaid. No item will be received freight collect. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility and can be expensive due to the size of the items.If the bean bag has been abused and customer wishes for it to be repaired, please empty the bean bag of its contents. You can then ship the empty beanbag back to us ( please contact us, we will give you a return address)along with a letter including the PO# and the address for the return of the repaired empty beanbag. Customer is responsible for the freight. Please also include a check for the $ 15.00 repair charge all repairs must be paid in advance.

 

Shipping

When your bean bag furniture has shipped, you will receive an email from Bean Bags Comfort.com. If it has shipped via Fed Ex or UPS there will be a link in your email to the Fed Ex or UPS tracking website. Click on this link and you should be able to see the progress of your package. If you have not yet received a Shipment Notification email, that means your package has not shipped, and you will be hearing from us as soon as it does. At this time, we do not ship to any locations outside the Continental United States. We CANNOT SHIP to any APO & FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere else outside the U.S.A. Any orders submitted with this address will be discarded. We know that you desire to get your order as soon is possible. We do our best to process your orders immediately. When you place an order - you can expect your order in 2-8 working days depending on your location!

 

Cancellations and order changes

Orders may be cancelled or changed, but must be done ASAP due to rapid shipping. If order has shipped before changes or cancellation, Beanbagscomfort.com  will not be responsible for shipping charges.

 

Freight Damage

Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives.If a package has been delivered with noticeable exterior damage please inspect the item before accepting. If the package has been accepted or was left at the delivery location we must be notified of the damage within 7 business days of delivery. This allows us to assist in filing a claim with the freight company for the damaged product. After the 7 period, Beanbagscomfort.com will not be held responsible for damages.

 

Payment

You can easily pay by PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express ( we prefer PayPal – the fastest and more secure way to pay and get paid online). When you place an order on our site your order goes through our ENCRYPED website. It is hosted by Yahoo Store!

 

Confirmation of Order

A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you within several minutes of placing your order online.

 

Warranty

The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at its discretion. If the item is indeed defective, please notify Beanbagcomfort.com immediately. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
