When your bean bag furniture has shipped, you will receive an email from Bean Bags Comfort.com. If it has shipped via Fed Ex or UPS there will be a link in your email to the Fed Ex or UPS tracking website. Click on this link and you should be able to see the progress of your package. If you have not yet received a Shipment Notification email, that means your package has not shipped, and you will be hearing from us as soon as it does. At this time, we do not ship to any locations outside the Continental United States. We CANNOT SHIP to any APO & FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere else outside the U.S.A. Any orders submitted with this address will be discarded. We know that you desire to get your order as soon is possible. We do our best to process your orders immediately.
