If your bean bag is with removable cover - you can easily cleaning your bean bag furniture like remove the cover and wash it in your washing machine. Someone of your family might been allergic to laundry detergent so you have to use the same products that you wash your clothes with and after finish washing, put the outside layer in the dryer. But be careful because it might get shrink!

When your bean bag furniture has shipped, you will receive an email from Bean Bags Comfort.com. If it has shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or DHL there will be a link in your email to the Fed Ex, UPS or DHL tracking website. Click on this link and you should be able to see the progress of your package. If you have not yet received a Shipment Notification email, that means your package has not shipped, and you will be hearing from us as soon as it does.

7.Do you ship bean bags to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally?

At this time, we do not ship to any locations outside the Continental United States. Also we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere else outside the U.S.A.
